Please get energy flow from a real authorized student of hariharanda gurudev and you can practice. Even though it is said it's from technique it's not a yogasana , rather it's raja yoga (secretive) yoga energy flows from guru to shishya . Cannot be decoded scientifically , they exercise might help you for a fit body but more important thing is with love try to reach guru. And the mother mahamaya ( she is vishu ) she will prevent you from thinking logically or get disappointment with some words gurdev has said based on religion . If you are doubting gurudev then know you are excluded from this knowledge in this life time. if you determined then reach out to find what the truth and get initiation and see the change. I was myself acting like an atheists and never prayed to god for 7 years until grace touched me. Kriya yoga is the only way for last mile /leg. All other form chanting hare krisha / yaga yagna / other meditation / sri chakra sadana all are to set your ground. kali yuga is over, get "Autobiography of a Yogi" and read carefully . Go slow and re read and understand lot of hidden facts in there chapters 34, 35
